We are pleased to announce that Water Medic is now part of Culligan Gulf Coast. Effective July 1, 2024, Culligan Gulf Coast will start servicing the Water Medic customers in your area. Culligan Gulf Coast has provided outstanding service for over 50 years in Hernando, Pasco, and Pinellas counties. We have worked very hard with the Owners of Water Medic to make this transition go smoothly for all customers.

We have entered each of you in our system and you are set up for reminders that will be mailed or emailed out monthly regarding your unit services and filter changes. For any customer that is past due on your service, we will be calling you to schedule. If you are unsure when you’re due, feel free to call our office for this information.

At each delivery, we check your softener to make sure the time is set correctly and do a visual check on the system looking for any leaks or possible issues. We put the salt in the unit for you. We deliver solar, red out, system saver and potassium chloride salt. If you were part of the salt delivery program under Water Medic, your delivery will continue. We will send you a calendar letting you know what your delivery dates will be. If you would like to join the salt delivery route, are having issues with your unit, or thinking of replacing your unit, just call our office for great RENTAL AND PURCHASE SPECIALS.

If your address is in Pasco or Hernando County, your service will be with our Port Richey office. If your address is in Pinellas County, your service will be with our Largo office. Here is the contact information for each office.

Over the next couple of weeks as we get your account set up, we would appreciate your help. Please email our office at the email address above if you have any questions about your account or service. If you don’t have an email, please call. We are paperless so it is very important that we get your email address as soon as possible. If you are unsure if you gave your email to WaterMedic, please send us this information by email or phone call. At this time, we can also get your autopay information for your account. We will be setting everyone up on autopay. We take all debit, credit cards, ACH with a checking or savings account.
